This new venture reflects Toll’s conviction in the strategic importance of the Indonesian market and the commitment to this market opportunity.Partnering with a leader in domestic shipping, SPIL Group, the new joint venture will be able to leverage on more than 60 owned vessels, calling 34 major ports across the Indonesian archipelago. With SPIL as the terminal operator in Jakarta and Surabaya, two of the major ports in Indonesia, its domestic strength will complement the broader forwarding and contract logistics capabilities.
