Free overtime. No time to go to toilet or take a sip of water. Must finish daily task before you leave even for new joiners and interns.

TantanganNo time to use your brain. Expected to work like robots processing the tasks. You will be chided if work not complete. Even though the task takes only 5 mins cannot bring forward to next day.
