    Challenging yet manageable
The good things1. Career Growth - Company is growing 2.
The challengesStaff turnover and short of manpower - The job scope and work load could be quite heavy, learning curve is steep yet lots to learn. It could be stressful if can’t catch up to the pace. I would say it’s a good platform to learn how to

    Explore at your own discretion
The good thingsThere is camaraderie between my team of immediate colleagues, but not between teams.
The challengesLong working hours and pay is below market average. Management is unsure of the intended company direction, which trickles down to the assigned employee responsibilities. High employee turnover.

Free overtime. No time to go to toilet or take a sip of water. Must finish daily task before you leave even for new joiners and interns.
The good thingsFriendly colleagues except certain demanding boss. 5 days work week but so what when it is common practice.
The challengesNo time to use your brain. Expected to work like robots processing the tasks. You will be chided if work not complete. Even though the task takes only 5 mins cannot bring forward to next day.
