    A supportive company with a warm office culture, clear work boundaries, and great remote working tools that ensure smooth operations despite virtual communication.
    Hal yang baikI enjoy working at this company. The office feels comfortable and like a family. Work is only done during office hours, so I can enjoy my time off on weekends and holidays. The company supports and provides BPJS benefits as required. Overall, the management is very supportive.
    TantanganThe main challenge is since the work setup is remote, communication is limited to virtual channels. However, this is not a significant issue as the company provides excellent tools such as IP phone, cameras, and reliable internet access to support effective meetings and collaboration.

    Hal yang baikThis company appreciates employee's work by giving annual bonus & annual salary increment based on the city's development. Recently, the company is also hears about employee's problem and helps us to find the best solution by taking actions.
    TantanganAs a customer service in one of Maxim's subdivision, the challenge is facing lots of different driver with different problems and also quite hard to manage drivers queue in office. Maybe it would be better if there's a security guard in any Maxim's office that would help to arrange the queue and to prevent any crime that'd happen.
