honestly I'm from domicile a biggest city and work in small city in maxim and actually its really good to meet the team and employee via online and happy to help another city via online or offline (such as business trip to another office for help) to help, gain more KPI and meet the team via offline but after i or employee cut for company, some supervisor ask for help to promotion or another project the biggest city but with freelance status and i help just for few days.
