- KSB Indonesia enhanced our skill according to our specialization (position we held) as project based company. Training can be proposed by employee itself to KSB HR Dept. (Learning & Development)
- In KSB, we faced lots of challenges from internal (internal & cross-department) and external (customers). The challenges are honed our skills in problem solving, critical thinking, communication, and negotiation, especially in fast-paced environment
- KSB Indonesia also made us as well team player since the relationship in cross departments is highly prioritized
- There was no significant gap between management and employee, it made us feel comfortable when we tried to approach each other to give our feedback regarding business process or something else
- There were a lot of employee activities outside working hour, such as sports, hiking, fun run, etc.
- KSB Indonesia has good time flexibility

KSB Indonesia needs business process analytics to reduce 'waste' in end to end business process & assist the continuous improvement. Also, KSB Indonesia is a good company with well-known reputation worldwide, it shall be supported with good business process too in order to increase the value chain & its profit. So that, KSB Indonesia can achieve LEAN manufacturing.
