Fresh graduate are very welcome, especially can speak English or Japanese well. Systematical working method. Well known and leading brand in the industry. Salary considered above average.
TantanganHigh pressure, long working hours EVERYDAY, and long distance traveling to industrial estate. As direct sales method, no working means no sales. So you are not expected to take sick leave or long annual leave. Very low work-life balance for Sales Engineer & Technical Support. High expectation (very high target) from manager but low appreciations. High turnover rate.

TantanganHigh workload, demanding high return which means very demanding sales target achievement. Mostly (if not everyday) working until late 8 - 10 PM for Sales Engineer. High pressure and stressful. Sales achievement are very depends on your sales activity. You better have a good English (and able to speak Japanese for the best).
