A Good Company to Start Your Sales/Business Experience
The good thingsKnown to be a good company to start your career if you want to be in the automation industry. They have high technology solutions for manufacturing. Very good Salary and Good Facility
The challengesMicromanaged. Stimulating environment, but with a lot of pressure to reach targets and a lot of control by everyone. Bad work/life balance.

    Sales Engineer
The good thingsJapanese company that sells product to (mostly) Japanese manufacturer company. Direct sales (B2B). Many young and talented coworkers. Fresh graduate are very welcome, especially can speak English or Japanese well. Systematical working method. Well known and leading brand in the industry. Salary considered above average.
The challengesHigh pressure, long working hours EVERYDAY, and long distance traveling to industrial estate. As direct sales method, no working means no sales. So you are not expected to take sick leave or long annual leave. Very low work-life balance for Sales Engineer & Technical Support. High expectation (very high target) from manager but low appreciations. High turnover rate.

Company with Great Product and Sales System
The good thingsOne from few company that doing B2B direct selling. Great product to face any competitor in the same field of business. A very result oriented company which allow your career and salary based on your result regardless of your age or seniority.
The challengesLoad of things to do will need you to spend some extra time to finish your job every day compared to other company. Every single things have to be reported but this will be no big deal once we able to understand the purpose of every single thing that we do

High workload, high salary, high turnover
The good thingsWell known and trusted product among Japanese companies. Market leader in sensor, automation, measurement, laser marking, and vision systems industry. The first in Japan, buy maybe top 3 in Indonesia market. Multinational company (Japanese). Good working facility, salary, and support. As principal, doing direct selling business (B2B). High competency human resources.
The challengesHigh workload, demanding high return which means very demanding sales target achievement. Mostly (if not everyday) working until late 8 - 10 PM for Sales Engineer. High pressure and stressful. Sales achievement are very depends on your sales activity. You better have a good English (and able to speak Japanese for the best).
