    Hal yang baik- Jajaran Manajemen yang care terhadap karyawan, suasana kekeluargaan juga terbilang baik. Pengembangan karir bagi karyawan yang berpotensi baik juga terbilang bagus bahkan di imbangi pelatihan ke Headquarter pusat di Korea.
