It develops good communication and relationship between manager and staff.
TantanganA diverse staff need to adapt between company culture and local culture. Bali has its unique, some of hotel operation must fit to the custom. As for multitasking service position, the staff need to exchange task in a day and it require agility, detail work and good communication skill. However, it develop staff to be focus to minimize any mistake.
