    Multitasking Service position has built me as a flexible person to do multiple tasks and sharpen my communication skill
    The good thingsA flatten organization system, makes the managers are welcome with analytical thinking of staff and open with many ideas. For example, they trust the ability of every staff to create new activity for hotel and give responsibility to non supervisor/leader to do additional task such as inventory beverage store, housekeeping store, help Public Relation to handle photo shoot and so on. It develops good communication and relationship between manager and staff.
    The challengesA diverse staff need to adapt between company culture and local culture. Bali has its unique, some of hotel operation must fit to the custom. As for multitasking service position, the staff need to exchange task in a day and it require agility, detail work and good communication skill. However, it develop staff to be focus to minimize any mistake.
