PT Hajime Indonesia Jaya was established in 2016. We are a real estate development company in real estate activities with own or leased property. Based on the long-term business experience in Japan, Our business goal is to make a significant contribution in solving the problem of serious shortage of appropriate housing for middle-class Indonesian people. Combining eco-friendly facility management and effective construction management, we will supply high quality housing with reasonable price. Our initial geographic focus will be placed on outskirts of Jakarta metropolitan area where the expansion of public transport will enhance its accessibility.
