    PT Hajime Indonesia Jaya was established in 2016. We are a real estate development company in real estate activities with own or leased property. Based on the long-term business experience in Japan, Our business goal is to make a significant contribution in solving the problem of serious shortage of appropriate housing for middle-class Indonesian people. Combining eco-friendly facility management and effective construction management, we will supply high quality housing with reasonable price. Our initial geographic focus will be placed on outskirts of Jakarta metropolitan area where the expansion of public transport will enhance its accessibility. We hope to work with many Indonesian diligent workers, aiming at the same objective: to enhance the quality of life for middle-class Indonesian people.

    Good company for those who like a tidy schedule. No weekend surprises job, no call outside working hours, and no personal business will be included in the office.
    The good thingsThe salary is good for the Indonesian standard, the location of the office is easy to reach, and the health benefits are complete. A very clear line between work and personal matters.
    The challengesThe rules are "Japanese" strict, no sounds or headsets are allowed during working hours, and Bosses are a little bit stubborn to listen to any advice.

    I have had a good experience working in this company learning the real estate business as an Accountant.
    The good thingsGood working environment for Accountant. They have proper accounting system and procedure. Well maintained documents filing. Also, as a multinational company we get international exposure working with Japanese. There are benefits as annual medical check up, private insurance, and year end bonus
    The challengesWell, perks of the Japanese working culture. They have quite strict rules and people have to put their focus more to work compared to Indonesian company.

    The good thingsno overtime (which is good), comply to laws & regulations, fair salary, salary increment every year (based on performance), working directly with Japanese expatriates and you can learn how to work with integrity.
