For these, I really appreciate the chances given to me and the trust for a lot of company's confidential matters.
However, lately I just found out that I'm not well appreciated here because for more than 2 years my salary didn't adjusted and match my workloads and responsibilities.
Thus, I'm willing to look for more opportunities outside that may give me appreciation as is suitable with the responsibilities.
