    PT GCL Indo Tenaga (GCLIT) is an SPC (Special Purpose Company) formed by PT PLN Indonesia Power Renewable (PLN IP Ren) together with Taicang Harbor Golden Concord Electric-Power Generation Co., Ltd (GCL) with 35% share ownership of PLN IPRen and GCL 65%. This SPC specifically handles the Kalbar-1 Coal Fired Power Plant with a capacity of 2x100MW, which is located in Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan.The current status of the GCLIT project has entered the operational stage.

    Working in PT GCL Indo Tenaga (PLTU Kalbar-1 2x100 MW) National Strategic Project
    The good thingsI've learned a lot from this company, either in the administration, business or human resources. The company management and board of directors trusted me with several roles to be played, and it made me learned a lot and well-experienced today. For these, I really appreciate the chances given to me and the trust for a lot of company's confidential matters. However, lately I just found out that I'm not well appreciated here because for more than 2 years my salary didn't adjusted and match my workloads and responsibilities. Thus, I'm willing to look for more opportunities outside that may give me appreciation as is suitable with the responsibilities.
    The challengesYou may need to be tremendously patient against the injustice and unfairness here. The challenges is how to be professional and keep the confidentiality even you've been treated unfair for quite a long time. But once you've learned how to deal with it, you'll be a strong person and quite assertive employee. You may learn how to say no towards something or matters that is not your responsibility and part of your main job description or main job responsibilities.
