The company management and board of directors trusted me with several roles to be played, and it made me learned a lot and well-experienced today. For these, I really appreciate the chances given to me and the trust for a lot of company's confidential matters.
However, lately I just found out that I'm not well appreciated here because for more than 2 years my salary didn't adjusted and match my workloads and responsibilities.
Thus, I'm willing to look for more opportunities outside that may give me appreciation as is suitable with the responsibilities.
The challengesYou may need to be tremendously patient against the injustice and unfairness here. The challenges is how to be professional and keep the confidentiality even you've been treated unfair for quite a long time. But once you've learned how to deal with it, you'll be a strong person and quite assertive employee. You may learn how to say no towards something or matters that is not your responsibility and part of your main job description or main job responsibilities.
