    Gained efficiency, teamwork, and the art of managing both systems—and moods
    Hal yang baikDuring my time working, I gained extensive experience and developed more efficient work systems. The initial environment was quite supportive, with many professional colleagues who were eager to grow and collaborate together.
    Tantanganthe company had undergone frequent organizational restructurings. Leadership changes became a recurring theme, and with family members placed within the same department, work dynamics quickly tilted out of balance. What emerged was an environment driven less by merit and more by like-or-dislike politics, making it increasingly unsustainable. From this, I learned that professionalism and a fair system are not just ideals but essential foundations for a team to function without being weighed down by non-technical distractions. Outside of the official job scope, there was also an “unspoken responsibility”: keeping the boss’s mood in check to ensure the day stayed on track. At times, performance evaluations seemed less about actual achievements and more about how well the team managed to “nurture” the superior’s emotions. It was both amusing and exhausting—a reminder that effective leadership is measured by stability and vision, not by how well others can adapt to the temper of the day.

    Coway give promise when they offering this jobs, but due to restructure. The culture and policies kills the promises.

    TantanganRestructure and outside bandwagon employee (Netmarble) due merger in Korea HQ. Low managerial level and no clear vision (circa 2022). No clear KPI and Employee assessments specially in Marketing (close door policies).

    Professional yet Warm (Despite of the Future Improvement Needed)
    Hal yang baikDespite being a Korean company, they embrace the global and multinational identity so well. No prejudice, all are treated the same. Good work-life balance and working environment are healthy, especially when you are in a team with a capable leader and supportive coworkers, and your professional matters are solved. The staff has a good ability to solve problems, has good relationships, and helps each other. It is a good place to learn and grow in many fields because every job instructed always has its purposes and direction. All working in a very good professional manner.
    TantanganIndonesia is not quite familiar with the business models and products, so achieving the target and getting the bonus is almost impossible. The benefits aren't as big as other companies. The chances to get an increment, level up, promotion, and permanent employee seem impossible as well (or very limited).

    Sangat memuaskan! Kekurangan saya selama bekerja di Coway hanyalah gaji yang menurut saya terlalu rendah. Sangat disayangkan sekali semakin kesini juga events untuk karyawan semakin sedikit.
    Hal yang baikWork environment di Coway sangatlah baik. Mayoritas karyawan yang bekerja sangat professional dan sangat ramah. Saya belajar sangat banyak melalui pengalaman saya bekerja dengan Coway Indonesia. Orang-orang Korea nya juga sangat ramah dan sangat terbuka jika kita ada pertanyaan.
