    TantanganThe company is full of pressure. I worked from 7 AM until 7 PM in order to finish my job as I was working with 2 roles in the same time. My task was above my paygrade. I even needed to come to the office on the weekend in order to finish my job due to lack of human resources. I asked for another members for my team but not given. The working environment is toxic with so many workers who worked there for a long time trying to incite the new ones with wrong information, resulting confusion in this small team size company. The leaders were also demanding with no understanding given on what situation that the subordinate faced.
