    The challengesThe company is full of pressure. I worked from 7 AM until 7 PM in order to finish my job as I was working with 2 roles in the same time. My task was above my paygrade. I even needed to come to the office on the weekend in order to finish my job due to lack of human resources. I asked for another members for my team but not given. The working environment is toxic with so many workers who worked there for a long time trying to incite the new ones with wrong information, resulting confusion in this small team size company. The leaders were also demanding with no understanding given on what situation that the subordinate faced.

    The good thingsThe working atmosphere is full of challenges. Career oriented career orientation with enormous growth opportunities, depending on performance. Many new things can be learned, especially how to work by maximizing cost management, quality and time in work. Required to think critically and quickly, but must be precise.
    The challengesA typical multinational company with result oriented. Reach the target with a very tight deadline. Adjust changes very quickly in accordance with the demands of the company and the situation. Always standby at all times. Working atmosphere depends on where (clients) works. No time for relax during office hours, hahaha...
