    Hal yang baikGood communication and teamwork with other staff. We help and support each other. It works until we got layoff.
    TantanganBad management and fraud ruin all projects. The projects never finish on time and are always under quality. An unclear job description makes some people working overtime without any overtime payment. The management breaches the working contract, they didn't give the staff BPJS ketenagakerjaan even if it is written in contract. They did the layoff without a final salary and let handyman and vendors getting unpaid.
