When they fired the CTO, everything falls apart. All the people that used to work here now works for bigger, better and well known companies, proof that they've hired quality people, had an amazing team, but has no idea that they do.

Everyday you go to work you're reminded with the fact that you're working for a company that's doomed to fail because the CEOs cant make up their minds, they have neither good nor proper judgement, the decisions theyve made are either based on how they personally see things or random impulses based on trends, these CEOs definitely cant manage a team, let alone run a company, these are kinds of CEOs that are way over their head thinking theyre the next steve jobs or bill gates with their ideas but unknowingly appoints a manipulative opptunist as Head of Marketing with a team that cant sell anything.
The two CEOs mentioned here don't listen to anyone, not even themselves, imagine that. This ship is about to go down hard, just counting down the days to impact, don't know when though. Probably when the investor has had enough bull from these two dumb "CEO"s.
