    Company that doomed to fail
The good thingsSince CEO busy with so unimportant thing, making unnecessary changes, I also decided to not to care. Good work life balance indeed since I decided not to care and not to make myself busy with the bull**** of CEO
The challengesThose CEO just so focused to make their company like the next unicorn like gojek or something but they really don't know what they were actually doing. They have no clue whatsoever how to make it so everyday there will be random request likely from their impulses and trying to get to trend but of course since they actually don't know what they are doing, there are no customers at all since there is likely no value with their platform. They also appointed the opportunitist marketing head who cannot sell anything and just lick CEO, s a** everyday so they are really fooled by him though he is incapable but always getting his way. So the company really doomed to fail. Maybe this will be apparent when investor has had enough and decided to just close this company and cut loss.

DON'T WORK HERE, DON'T EVEN TRY, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
The good thingsIt was good in the beginning, everything was fine, they've got a good CTO with a great team of highly skilled developers, but then the CEOs decided they wont spend a dime on any proper advertisement and keeps making unnecessary changes to a platform that no one will ever use. When they fired the CTO, everything falls apart. All the people that used to work here now works for bigger, better and well known companies, proof that they've hired quality people, had an amazing team, but has no idea that they do.
The challengesImagine a fintech start-up thats been running for 2 years but were only able to get 6 customers in total to use their platform; this company is it. Everyday you go to work you're reminded with the fact that you're working for a company that's doomed to fail because the CEOs cant make up their minds, they have neither good nor proper judgement, the decisions theyve made are either based on how they personally see things or random impulses based on trends, these CEOs definitely cant manage a team, let alone run a company, these are kinds of CEOs that are way over their head thinking theyre the next steve jobs or bill gates with their ideas but unknowingly appoints a manipulative opptunist as Head of Marketing with a team that cant sell anything. The two CEOs mentioned here don't listen to anyone, not even themselves, imagine that. This ship is about to go down hard, just counting down the days to impact, don't know when though. Probably when the investor has had enough bull from these two dumb "CEO"s.
