Benesse is a Japanese company focusing on education and elderly service industry, and has the biggest market share in Japan. Since 2014, Benesse started it business in Indonesia with "Shinkenjuku" runs by PT. Benesse Indonesia,a math cram school for elementary school students. And now, Benesse is planning to expand the other business to ASEAN countries starting from Indonesia with a new educational product that targets baby & toddler. This new business not only has been growing steadily in Japan, but also currently has been established in Taiwan, China and Korea whereas there are approximately 2 million children users from age 0 to 5 years old who are using our product every month through out those countries.So, by joining with this new business, while learing the concept of product ad service which is already widely accepted in other countries, employees will have chance to implement it and involve with new challenge to adapt it into Indonesia's market.
