The challengesThe higher the role is, the more it works on organizations administration stuff. Executive leaders are reluctant to reach out external parties to collaborate, making the organization has low level of meaningfull engagement with strategic partners. The managers are bad on managing staffs. They don't see value in person, therefore retention rate is high. Most of people are heavily focus on documentation rather than innovating and making things efficient.
