    The good thingsit is good place to work and to gain experience in oil and gas especially in the offshore pipeline area. good management, best co-worker, abundant go-bys from previous project so that you won't waste your time to start from a scratch.
    The challengeson-going project from different client has it own challenge, so you won't out of challenge in here.
