    The challengesHarus banyak bersabar karena pekerjaan yang kurang berstruktur or planning, sehingga banyak urgent dan resiko pekerjaan yang bisa saja bawahan yang jadi sasaran kesalahan dari atasan atau divisi lain. SOP masih berantakan, antar cabang ketentuan dan kebijakan suka berbeda-beda, padahal sudah ada yang namanya kantor pusat (HO) yang seharusnya membuat aturan dan kebijakan agar tidak ada lagi yang namanya aturan atau kebijakan yang tidak adil dan pilih kasih. Dari segi sistem juga masih suka error.
