    Great for those who are good at marketing
    The good thingsThe team atmosphere is good, the company culture pushes you to improve. There will be a training system so you won't be left in the dark not knowing anything about trading. Your teammates treat you well and will help you when learning.
    The challengesThe overlapping of jobdesc, there's no clear separation between marketing team and consultant. Consultants also must do marketing job (unpaid, unless you already have a client). If you're interested in marketing and is a good negotiatior, this is a perfect job for you.
