    Very advance work system & complicated bureaucracy
    The good thingsThis place very good to learning company process, for sales will be nice place for work because very flexible time n sales target is high but pressure look like normal...for operational side actual work process is simple but system very advance so really measurable for every process & so nice place for learning
    The challengesbureaucracy to complex because need approval until regional although for small thing, target really measurable but some target not reasonable,for people which not pro active & less english compatibility will be face difficulties here, because every day should coordinate with regional side, because organization very slim job position also very limited
