Schools often don't inform you of changes in schedules and because you are only paid to teach, some times you get to school way too early or end up with a huge gap between lessons.
When you aren't required by the school, you must go to the office. This can be extremely stressful to travel to if you live far away. Often you are just there because you have to be rather than doing anything meaningful. You do not get any extra travel payments for this if you live far away either.
