The working environment is nice.
The good thingsThe work tables are very well-organized and comfortable. A wide space for each employee. Flexible time and easy to get permit to leave.
The owner is very kind and caring, she understands employees' personal needs and will consider them to make the employees feel more comfortable to work.
The workmates are like a family, they will give a hand especially if we are newbie. There is no seniority between the fellow workers.
The managers are also like friends, we can tell our concerns freely and even play a joke. those are things make me feel comfortable to work here.
The challengesEvery employee has special job description so it is really hard to work together or asking for advice when we got stuck on it.
The Office is in the same building with the kindergarten school. So sometimes we hear disturbing voices from the pupils.
To reach the location, we have to pass the heavy traffic roads. absolutely it will make the employees fell stressful to go to the office. Moreover, there is a penalty when you are late even 1 minute. You have to pay IDR 10.000 for the punishment.
