Employees and students at State University of Semarang appreciate the opportunities for self-development, good work environment, adequate facilities, quality teaching, and remuneration system offered. However, there are some potential challenges such as a complicated bureaucratic system, inadequate mentoring from instructors, a long process of becoming a permanent employee, unpredictable weather in field research activities, and a quite heavy workload, especially in data processing.
