The good thingsRekan-rekan kerja yang semuanya menyenangkan. Saya tidak menemui lingkungan kerja yang tidak sehat di sini. Triyakom berisi orang-orang baik.
Berbagai kebijakan dari perusahaan cukup menguntungkan karyawan. Seperti kebijakan mengenai keterlambatan dan cuti yang cukup longgar sangat berguna bagi orang-orang yang sering terpaksa harus cuti seperti saya. Bagi perempuan, perusahaan ini memberikan jatah sekali cuti sebulan tanpa dipotong dari jatah cuti tahunan.
Selain itu, perusahaan ini memberikan tunjangan hiburan yang cukup menyenangkan. Makan malam dan karaoke sekali sebulan, contohnya.
The challengesTidak adanya jenjang karier. Bagi mereka yang menyukai dan menginginkan target promosi-promosi kenaikan jabatan untuk membuat pekerjaan menjadi lebih menantang, sayangnya Anda kurang bisa mendapatkannya di Triyakom.
Lokasi kantor di Kuningan. Pusat kemacetan duniawi. Anda harus bersiap dengan kemacetan lima hari seminggu.
