    The good thingsDapat pembelajaran bagaimana bekerja dibawah tekanan, Alur kerja cukup jelas karena sudah menggunakan ISO.
    The challengesDepartment lain tidak saling mendukung, sistem yang masih sangat manual sehingga memperlambat/menghambat pekerjaan, banyak man power yang tidak memenuhi kualifikasi dan karywan tidak dibebaskan untuk mengexplore ke arah yang lebih baik.

    The good thingsDituntut memiliki integritas tinggi terhadap tanggung jawab kerja. Kepedulian yang tinggi. Disiplin terhadap segala instruksi kerja. Bisa belajar tidak hanya terpaku pada tanggung jawab kerja sendiri. Kesempatan belajar yang luas. Loyalitas tinggi. Pro Aktif terhadap segala proses produksi yang berjalan.
    The challengesKurangnya kerjasama Tim di Bagian Produksi. Tidak ada koordinasi yang baik antar Operator Produksi terutama saat tukar shift. Operator tidak terlalu memikirkan Target. Kurangnya kepedulian Bagian Produksi terhadap kelangsungan proses produksi. Tidak ada Quality Control. Minim kesadaran pada kualitas dari Produksi. Tidak mementingkan kualitas, tetapi kuantitas. Kondisi mesin yang sudah tidak layak. Kurang maksimalnya perawatan Mesin.
