    The good thingsSejauh ini baik-baik saja, karena saya tidak terlalu merasa dipersulit dan juga lingkungan kerja saat di tempatkan di perusahaan yang enak dan nyaman. penggajian nya juga lumayan baik, friendly juga saat bootcame/trainning.
    The challengeskesulitan nya, jelek komunikasi dari pihak TDI dengan kami yang di tempatkan ke client, kita selalu terlambat mengetahui perubahan aturan, bahkan terkadang tidak ada pemberitahuan, PT TDI juga tidak pernah ingin tahu perihal/keluhan langsung dari kami (kurangnya konsultasi atas issue yang terjadi di placement/client yang menyebabkan kita nyaman/tidak nyaman), sistem penggajian yang tidak tentu tanggal nya. semoga kedepannya semakin baik komunikasi antara karyawan placement dan pihak TDI
