    The good thingsSaat saya bekerja di Traveloka, saat itu Traveloka masih di tahap berkembang dan masih tergolong Start-Up Company. Saya ikut merasakan perkembangan perusahaan tersebut dan ikut menjadi bagian dari kemajuan Traveloka sampai saat ini.

    The good thingsWaktu istirahat dan waktu beribadah ( sholat ) diberikan secara adil dan efisien. Waktu istirahat selama 60 menit benar- benar bisa dimanfaatkan untuk makan, tidur dan ibadah ( jika waktu sholat sudah tiba ). Sedangkan jika waktu sholat belum tiba di jam istirahat, ( karyawan tetap bisa mengambilnya dan untuk sholat tidak dibataskan maksimal berapa menit, sehingga karyawan bisa lebih khusyuk ). Perusahaan sangat memperhatikan kenyamanan karyawan, sehingga disediakan Rilex Room untuk beristirahat. Desaign interior kantor yang nyaman, colorfull serta instagramable.
    The challengesSibuk, jika libur sekolah, libur hari raya, libur tahun baru karena banyaknya pemesanan disamping itu karyawan juga harus bekerja extra ( over time ) 3 - 5 jam untuk membantu menghandle case yang masuk.

    The good thingsIn order to create an efficiency, developing the work mechanism is necessary for them. They never want to be settled. They show me that work is not about do the dialy's but it is about sustainability and no matter how much you bring your works to the company, it will impact the output.

    The challengesThe workpace in this company is very fast. You have to be able to adapt to the pace, but it's a good thing, because it means you will keep on learning and improve yourself along the way.

    The good thingsThe good thing is they provide a clean and expensive office, and free caterings. They also provide quite good insurance + health + dental reimbursement.
    The challengesThe management was really bad. There's really no insurance or guarantee that you can have a future here. I've seen lots of people being cut off with only 1 or even same day notice. They never recruit full-time employee anymore. They keep it all in contract based and keep "renewing" them over and over. No one can do anything about it. You won't grow here.

    The good thingsas an unicorn startup, traveloka have a great invesment for the employees. we can get many kind of allowance when we accepted to be a permanent employee. As an employee, we kindly treated well. Such as we have a free breakfast and lunch. And the important thing is, you can grow a lot within this company, many class open to level up our skill as an employee.
    The challengesBecause the company grow to fast, so we must go all out as an individual entity. Because in this company, we have a minimum direction. So stay go forward or stay behind.

    The good thingsCasual working environment with no uniform rules, as long as you're comfortable with what you wore and make sure others comfortable as well seeing you in that attire. Unlimited coffee supplement, great lunch everyday, and good cereal for breakfast. The senior agent are all great at helping and shows what the right and efficient thing to do, starting from the small details like what internet tab that you need to always open, to the big deals such as which sentence you need to use when you're talking to customer on the phone. A really great experience.
    The challengesI improve a lot in several field, most likely of course patient and language. How we should put down our emotion when we're dealing with customer especially when it's related to complaint. And how we should pay attention to the words and its sequence and also the intonation when we're talking to customer by phone either it's the guest or property owner. I also learn a lot about travel business and e-commerce that I never known before.
