    When I graduated from college, I worked at an automation fabrication company for 6 months. then I moved to the electricity generation company at PLN Teluk Lembu for 4 years. Then I got another opportunity to join an oil & gas company in the PHR WK Rokan area for 5 years.
    The good thingsI am very happy with a job full of challenges. I have completed work by improving the electricity network in the PHR area, namely by adding LBS so that the distribution channels in PHR become more reliable

    The challengesthis is SPV company, all bussiness is regulated by government , career development is too slow but the employs is energic , some political office may not make same people comfort . and some people love to short card to get position. but in general this company is very good, nice , good HSE implementation.
