PT Transportasi Gas Indonesia (TGI), hereinafter referred to as “TGI” was established in 2002 as a joint venture between PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk, PT Medco LNG Indonesia and the PGN Employee Welfare and Retirement Foundation (“YKPP PGN”) with a proportion of shares of 59.87%, 40% and 0.13%, respectively.As the owner and operator of natural gas pipelines in Indonesia with a total pipeline network of more than 1,000 km, TGI runs a business with a focus on natural gas transportation for the domestic market, namely Sumatra and Batam, as well as for international markets, such as Singapore.
