    It was warm
    The good thingsThe work environment was warm and family-like. I was never stressed out about Monday while I worked here, which is a feat by itself. If not for the opportunity to continue my study overseas I won't even be considering quitting.
    The challengesI believe it was the same as other trading companies, the time-sensitivity and wide range of parties involved. You work with different people from different types of companies; customer, freight forwarder, trucking, warehouse, custom, etc. it wasn't easy to match the perception and pace sometimes.
