    The good thingsshorter working hours. it is only 7.5 hours per day.
    The challengestoxic work environment. my former colleagues are not cooperative and supportive particularly NABELA MEIDINA. She is very emotionally unstable and not willing to collaborate with all colleagues.

    The good thingsGood interdepartment relation and good health facility. Intent to communicate with Head office in Japan and good training scheme in local and overseas and already keep continually ISO 9002 and ISO 14000 in daily operation.
