    The good thingsdalam bekerja atasan memberlakukan sistem kekeluargaan, tidak memandang atasan dan bawahan, akan tetapi tetap saling menghormati antar sesama, di dalam bekerja dapat tukar pendapat dan masukkan antara sesama teknisi atau pun antara teknisi dan leader. dan terjalin komunikasi yang baik antara divisi ( CS,Teknisi Dan Leader ) dan banyak Ilmu yang di dapat selama berkarir di tempat saat ini.
    The challengeskesulitan yang saya rasakan masih kurangnya training untuk produk produk baru yang sedang beredar di kalangan masyarakat, bahkan ada satu contoh kasus, produk smartphone sudah beredar di masyarakat, tetapi teknisi belum mendapatkan training berupa soft training ataupun hard training mengenai perawatan dan perbaikan produk smartphone tersebut. sistem kerja kontrak yang tidak bisa membuat kita berkembang atau pun tidak ada jenjang karirnya.
