    The good thingsGood environment, the employer really support her employee, if someone need help with what they working on, the employer will help, and the employer always give to her employee about information that related to what they working on. So, it is really fun and i hope i can work in Tokopedia again next time.

    The good thingsMenurut saya, suasana kerja yang nyaman karena banyak rekan kerja yang seumuran dikarenakan rekan kerja disini kebanyakan anak muda. Jadi membuat komunikasi dengan rekan kerja tidak canggung. Kemudian, tempat kerja yang nyaman dengan desain yang santai, anak muda sekali. Ada fasilitas Pantry, relax room, arcade room, dll. Sangat direkomendasi sekali untuk yang fresh graduate, buat tambah pengalaman.
    The challengesKesulitannya menurut saya, pengerjaan kerjaan dikejar target namun tetap ada penilaian kualitas pengerjaannya serta ada penilaian juga untuk kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk menjaga kualitas kerjaan akan sangat sulit ketika digabungkan dengan target pengerjaan yang cukup banyak ditambah lagi kepuasan pelanggan juga jadi penilaian.
