    Combination of Pros and Cons
    The good things- Located in high altitude and forested area with beautiful view - Free place - The events for employee - The company is part of the international group that care deeply with sustainability (environmental and social)
    The challenges- Stress level and workload due to high effeciency in human resources and emerging ssues surrounding the company - Retention of non-local employee is low due to the location, culture and less benefits compared to other same level company - Both contribute in less fair work environment
