    The beautiful workplace united with Toba nature brings a lot of memories in heart.
    The good thingsMy expatriate manager would show deep interest to his local emloyees. I am proud of him. I learnt many things from him such as friendship, simplicity, professionalism, and willingness to new challenging.
    The challengesLocal people needs to collaborate with the company. They needs to be taught with the core values of the company. They shoul work in line with the values. And, they should consider the company as a source of work oppurtunity for their generation.
