    Bad Management by the Main Office
    The good thingsLearnt a lot of things that should have never happened in a construction project. To prevent all of the same issue from happening again in the next project.
    The challengesHigher-ups not knowing the basics of construction planning. Intern abuse. (Contracted for 4 months will be payed by the end of the contract. But most of the intern left the company or get kicked before the contract ends. No benefits what soever, not even trasportaion fee. They even changed the contract without us knowing. BAD MANAGEMENT from the office and the boss.

    The good thingsbanyak ilmu dalam melakukan pekerjaan finance dan accounting, atasan sangat pengertian sehingga bisa bekerja sesuai kemampuan. pengalaman yang di dapat sangat berguna untuk bekerja di tempat berikutnya.
    The challengesKoordinasi dengan pengawas di lapangan agak sulit, karena jobdesk kurang jelas untuk pekerja dan pengawas di lapangan. sementara finance dan accounting sangat membutuhkan informasi dari pekerjaan di lapangan.
