    The good thingsLearnt a lot of things that should have never happened in a construction project. To prevent all of the same issue from happening again in the next project.
    The challengesHigher-ups not knowing the basics of construction planning. Intern abuse. (Contracted for 4 months will be payed by the end of the contract. But most of the intern left the company or get kicked before the contract ends. No benefits what soever, not even trasportaion fee. They even changed the contract without us knowing. BAD MANAGEMENT from the office and the boss.
