    Challenging yet rewarding
    The good thingsSomehow smaller company, thus feel like in a family. Debate like enemies, but still work like good friends. Tough job, but feels very satisfied if can get the job done. Many things need improvement, but then that's why we are here in a new company, to develop the brand, the business. Looking forward to get the brand big in Indonesia
    The challengesHaving expatriate bosses is a little bit tougher than local bosses. In debate, thorough justification is needed to get proposal approved, of course supported by comprehensive data analysis. Any lack of supporting information can cause the failure of a proposal. Sufficient English (especially verbally) is definitely important in here, otherwise suffer.
