The challengesTakenaka Indonesia is better from the other contractor, but it's like carrier isn't prefect from their are focus for every body to get success. because one department isn't ready yet for human resources department , but only one department is called GA ( general Affair) My science & bachelor from accounting, I work hard since 1994 at Hitachi Plant to check & controlling cash in out to all project jakarta area ( PLN's Marubeni Project & Taman Rasuna Kuningan Aparment) Reference my boss Mr Nojima 2nd project, I worked at Takenaka-HTC-HK JO for 4 season Apartment Project almost 4 years and successful until finished, however difficult & crisis economic in 1997, this project completed reference : Mr, Higashikawa and then, I joined in April 20 at Takenaka Indonesia, one is my focus before it, My boss ( Mr Miura) requested me to inchare account receivable with client to many project ( Jakarta, Java, Sumatra ) Successful to clear AR, I got best employee from Mr. Miura because on problem AR could finished on time Reference : Mr. Miura then from Mr, Nakagawa again after 2 years, I got best employee for clear AR's problem however I gave some advice related to increase USD rate is not good from Takenaka's Business to our client Reference : Mr. Nakagawa current now, Iam focus to clear payable vendor problem and monitoring transaction ledger for accounting report, also project report for surabaya's distrik Reference : Mr. Koseki starting January 2023. I am incharge full in accounting & responsible for project are surabaya on focus it. reference : Mr, Miura Hopefully
