pengalaman kerja di PT. Indopporlen Calderys pada th 2012 sebagai Teknisi automotif heavy equipment dan truck, dan di th 2016 sebagai teknisi pressing engine.

The good thingsdi perusahaan ini mempunyai team work yang sangat solid dan baik dalam menjalani pekerjaan dan dalam memecahkan suatu permasalahan dengan azas demokrasi. Disamping itu hubungan keakraban antara pekerja tidak hanya berlangsung pada area pekerjaan namun juga berlangsung di luar pabrik dengan di ada kannya silaturahmi antar keluarga pekerja satu kali dalam sebulan.

The challengeshal yang sulit di lakukan di PT indoporlen Khususnya pada dept.Maintenance adalah kurangnya evaluasi dalam mendistribusikan sprepart ke user sehingga part yang di butuhkan sering delay, selain itu sistem yang di gunakan dalam memperbaiki atau menjaga mesin-mesin industri masih menggunakan sistem corective maintenance, meskipun sudah ada sistem preventive maintenance tapi belum bisa di jalankan secara optimalkarena kurangnya peran aktif seluruh manajemen dan non manajemen produksi.
