    The good thingsHanya tim yang baik, namun tanpa support yang baik dari management yang sangat penuntut hasil tapi tidak mau terlibat dalam prosesnya
    The challengesMeminta kenaikan gaji, sangat sulit dengan proses yang alot, meski proses review kadang dimulai jauh sebelum masa kontrak habis tak jarang juga sangat mepet waktu kontrak, tidak profesional hubungan antar management dengan HR sehingga sering terjadi ketidak sinkronan informasi yang diterima karyawan dengan HR. Pembagian bonus tahunan yang minim dan tidak transparan, Jalur komunikasi yang belibet karena setiap keputusan selalu harus mengambil suara dari 8 orang pemilik saham

    the worst i ever had leadership
    The good thingshaving a good salary, and more mature friends, but the leader of the project doesn't have discipline, has a good people in it, but had something wrong with some person in it
    The challengesleadership goes wrong, he just throws away his job to another employee and makes other uncomfortable working with him

    The good thingsmenerapkan sistem kekeluargaan yang menjalin hubungan baik antar karyawan dan atasan, suasana kerja yang nyaman dan fasilitas penunjang lainnya yang sangat baik, rekan kerja yang saling membantu, cocok bagi lulusan lulusan baru yang ingin mengembangkan skill dibidangnya masing masing, adanya sertifikasi bertaraf internasional, menganggap swamedia sebagai rumah kedua

    The good thingsEveryone is nice, open minded. Easy to adapt. The work mostly about something new, every time(?). If you happy to always learn something new, this place a good one to learn in the go. The rewards from doing good job is big too.
    The challengesWorking with something new, in every project. Learning mostly new stuff pop out from the wild, and try to deliver it here. This place considered as big company so the pressure sometimes big. Have to learn to adapt fast since most of the time, we will get on site programming that make you have to move from city to city.
