    Heavy workload with limited rest and uncertain job security.
    The good thingsThe only good thing is the hybrid working system.
    The challengesWork hours are quite long, often from 8 AM until 8 PM. Break time is limited to one hour which is divided into two 30-minute sessions, and flexibility for short breaks can be quite limited. The number of days off each month is also minimal. In addition, employment status is based on a partnership contract that is renewed every three months, which may create uncertainty for employees. Standard employee benefits such as health insurance and holiday allowances could also be improved to better support employee welfare.

    The challenges- Melakukan penagihan kepada customer yang kurang kooperatif, dimana customer tersebut tidak mau melakukan pembayaran tagihan - Melakukan panggilan kepada customer yang salah nomor, sehingga tidak tersambung dengan customer yang dituju
