    Cocok untuk manusia seperti robot yang menerima apa adanya si HRD-HRD
    The good things1. Melatih kesabaran 2. Melatih kemampuan untuk face to face dengan HRD 3. Melatih mental menjadi kuat
    The challenges1. HRD kabur-kaburan selalu tidak menjawab apa yang ditanyakan dan juga selalu keluar kata-kata andalan "nanti dirundingkan dulu", "nanti ditanyain dulu" yang dimana itu perlu disundul di kemudian hari 2. Kalau pada client naik jabatan atau naik level, perusahaan ini tidak mau menaikkan gajinya yang sesuai posisi 3. Tidak pernah beri kejelasan jika ada masa depan di perusahaan ini atau tidak
